Not only are they beautiful to look at, but they also serve to help with the waters ecosystem.  They spread across the water to provide shade for the fish and algae beneath it and help keep the water clean. Being a Feng Shui practitioner, lilies are associated with truth and purity. These virtues are so important in our lives. This painting brings in virtues so important bringing in more happiness and peace into our lives.

Painting was built with many glazes of transparent acrylic paint.  Glazing medium was applied with every paint application to show soft underlying textures, which help create glow in each petal.
